1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your acquisition and use of the Sensyze client binaries, libraries, and related services provided by Sensyze Inc. By downloading, installing, or executing our software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the software.
2. Software License
Sensyze grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to execute the Sensyze binaries in containerized or local server configurations inside your corporate firewall. You may not sublicense, distribute, or modify the software for resale or third-party distribution.
3. Data Ownership and Security
We assert no ownership claims over the commerce data stored or queried inside your local database instances. You remain solely responsible for the operation and security of your own database infrastructure, including encryption, backups, and user credential management. Sensyze does not access your data without explicit written consent.
4. Usage Restrictions
You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Sensyze binaries beyond what is permitted by applicable law. You shall not use the software to process data in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including data sovereignty and privacy requirements.
5. Support and Maintenance
Support tiers are available as paid add-ons. Community support is provided through public forums. Professional and Enterprise support tiers include email, Slack, and phone support with defined response times. Sensyze reserves the right to modify support offerings with 30 days written notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sensyze Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. The software is provided as-is without warranties beyond those stated in the license agreement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies. Sections regarding data ownership, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
