1. Local Processing Rationale
Sensyze is architected to process customer transactional personal data (PII) entirely locally on your virtual machine or server container. No orders, email addresses, phone numbers, or transaction metadata are transmitted to Sensyze Inc. servers. Your commerce data remains within your infrastructure at all times.
2. Information We Collect Online
On our marketing website, we may collect minimal technical identifiers (e.g. IP address) for analytics and email signup records if you voluntarily submit them. We use privacy-respecting analytics tools that do not sell data to third parties. Cookie usage is limited to essential session management.
3. Compliance Standpoints
This product is designed to align with strict sovereign regulations including GDPR (EU), DPDPA (India), and GCC Personal Data Protection Laws by enforcing logical on-prem data borders. Sensyze provides built-in data masking, consent tracking, and audit logging features to support compliance efforts.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Since all transactional data is stored locally on your infrastructure, you have full control over retention periods and deletion policies. Sensyze does not retain copies of your data outside your deployment. When you delete records from your local database, they are permanently removed.
5. Third-Party Services
Sensyze does not share personal data with third-party service providers for marketing purposes. Our marketplace connectors access upstream APIs using tokens stored in your local credential vault. No data from these integrations is transmitted to Sensyze servers or any external analytics platform.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or regulatory requirements. The latest version will always be available at sensyze.com/privacy-policy. We encourage you to review this page regularly for any modifications to how we handle data.
